Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and course deferrals.
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of enrolment, provided course access has not yet commenced. Once the first live session has taken place, refunds are not available.
Coding for Civil Engineers (CfCE) offers live, cohort-based online courses. Our current programme, the OpenSTAAD Bootcamp for Everyone, is a fully digital service comprising live sessions, session recordings, and digital course materials.
Because our courses involve a fixed cohort schedule, instructor preparation, and limited seats, our refund policy reflects the commitments made on both sides when you enrol.
You are eligible for a full refund if:
Refund requests made after the first live session has commenced will not be entertained, regardless of attendance.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
In the unlikely event that we cancel a cohort (due to insufficient enrolment, instructor illness, or force majeure), you will be offered:
We will notify you via email as soon as possible in such a situation.
If you are unable to attend your enrolled cohort and request a deferral before the first session, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you in the next available cohort. Deferral is subject to seat availability and is at our discretion. Deferrals are not guaranteed.
To request a refund within the eligible window:
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.
Razorpay may charge a transaction fee on payments. In the event of a refund, this fee may not be refundable as it is determined by the payment gateway. You will receive the full course amount minus any non-recoverable payment gateway charges.
